We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was situated right next to a shopping mall. It made it easy for us to access restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and even a cinema. The hotel's proximity to the outdoor shopping mall made our stay convenient. the breakfast provided a good variety of fresh and delicious choices. The room service, especially the Korean cuisine, was tasty despite being a little salty. The size of the bed was also spacious, ensuring a comfortable sleep. We highly recommend this hotel for its prime location in the business center of Changwon.

A great hotel with a great staff. Rooms are modern and functional. Lobby staff and dining facility are top notch. Would recommend The Pullman to friends and family and look forward to staying there again!

Clean & Good Design Room, Good Bathroom Facility, Very close to shopping center. 1 hour distance to Pusan city.
Room Temperature control was not working. Default setting of temperature is a little bit cold at autumn.

All you need for stores, restaurants in Changwon. Good location, you can walk everywhere. Heart in se ko, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

The breakfast served was indeed good with an array of options. Also, the location was convenient for a business trip as it was situated next to a shopping hall. Another benefit was the presence of a golf driving range for leisure.
The smoking smell from the adjacent room was unbearable, disturbing my sleep and causing discomfort. Although I informed the staff, they couldn't find me a solution, and the air freshener provided just added a strong odor on top of the smoke.

The location was excellent. The hotel was situated next to a shopping mall that I found to contain all the conveniences that I needed. There were many different kinds of restaurants, clothing stores, and convenience marts similar to 7 elevens. The hotel staff went out of their way to insure that my stay was a comfortable one. They were able to answer all my questions about where to go and how to get there. The fitness gym was outstanding.
The hotel did not have ice machines on the floors. I had to request ice from the hotel staff and a small bucket of ice was sent to the room.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff in all departments. Clean, modern and quiet rooms. Good food in the hotel but also plenty of other options near by for a change. Great gym.

The stay at this luxury hotel was a wonderful experience. the exclusive amenities provided in the room made the stay very comfortable and luxurious. the staff was courteous, prompt and provided excellent service. the indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were a delight to visit. the restaurant served some delicious dishes and the Bar/Lounge area provided a great vibe and excellent drinks. the venue's location advantage was perfect, being in the heart of the city and easily accessible.
Though my overall experience was excellent, the only minor issue I faced was the extra charge for using the outdoor swimming pool and the sauna. It is not common for a luxury hotel to charge extra for such facilities.

Business hotel near a shopping center and in connection with the convention center, but a bit outside of town and isolated. Ok quality food but pricy.
Not much included: internet, breakfast etc needs to be paid extra.
